Weilai’s Philippine Care Travel – II18/01/18
In January 2018, we sent our technicians to start customer care Travel in Philippines. Our engineers were inspecting the machineries at different project sites of our customers and learned about the performance & feedback of our equipment.
We were really encouraged by customers who had appraised our initiative of this customer care during this visit. We will continue to provide quality after sales service to our friends and customers who are working with us around the globe.
